Fees:
Additions, finished area = .50cents per square foot with minimum of $50.00
Additions, unfinished area = .30cents per square foot with minimum of $50.00
Alterations, based on the esitmated construction value =  $7.50 per $1,000 with minimum of $50.00

Foundation:   New = $50 Flat fee;  Addition = $40 flat fee
Includes single and two-family. Unfinished floor area denotes garage, unfinished splits, basements, unfinished second floors, enclosed porches, etc.
